Terms & Conditions for M’aather Property Management LLC Mobile App.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the mobile application and services provided by. By accessing or using M’aather Property Management LLC the mobile application ("Phone App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By using the App, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 M’aather Property Management LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. App Usage

2.1 The App provides services related to Ranco Village Compound.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

2.2 You acknowledge and agree that the Company may collect and use certain information about you as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts and Security

3.1 In order to access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during the registration process. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and to update it as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in the App and its contents, belong to the Company or its licensors. You agree not to infringe upon or challenge these rights.

4.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6. Indemnification

6.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any violation of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saudi Arabia.

8. Severability

8.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

9. Entire Agreement

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and M’aather Property Management LLC company regarding the use of the Phone App and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.

10. User Responsibilities

10.1 As a user of the M’aather Property Management LLC mobile application, you have certain responsibilities:

10.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring the confidentiality of your account credentials. You shall not share your account information with third parties or allow unauthorized access to your account.

10.6 You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, offensive, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to transmitting or distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.

10.8 You agree to promptly report any bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities you encounter while using the Phone App.

10.9 You acknowledge that the Company may monitor your use of the App for the purposes of ensuring compliance with these Terms & Conditions and improving the user experience.

10.10 You understand and accept that the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Phone App if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or engage in any prohibited activities.
